Questions and clarifications about current patient plans, prescription refills, billing, and upcoming appointment schedules may be addressed here. For any new or in-depth concerns, lab interpretations, and ongoing clinical issues, we kindly ask that you please schedule an appointment with a provider to properly address these topics.  
Please allow up to 3 business days for a response to messages.  In addition, be mindful that your provider will not always be the one answering your messages because, in the interest of time, our virtual staff screens and delegates them as swiftly as possible as our providers are with patients during office hours.
